I’m an engineer by training, and currently work in project management, but my passion has always been in helping people reach their fullest potential. That passion comes to life in my roles as a wife, mom, author, and coach. I'm an ICF certified Coach, and have personally experienced the transformative power of coaching. It was an eye-opening journey—and one I believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience.
