About Me
I’m an engineer by trade, but always had a heart for helping people reach their fullest potential. That helpfulness comes out in me being a wife, mom, coach, and blogger. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have gone through my own journey with coaching and believe in the process whole-heartedly. It was an eye-opening and life-changing process that I want everyone to experience for themselves! I love coaching and teaching about healthy relationships.

I'm married to a wonderful man, Rev. Dr. Antony Andrews, a priest in the Coptic Orthodox Church. His ecclesiastical ministry brought us from NJ, to RI, to NY. To say God that has been refining us through the journeys of marriage, priesthood, and parenting would be an understatement. Together we have three little girls.

About the Blog
As a Coptic Orthodox Christian born in Egypt and raised in NJ, I’ve had to navigate growing up in a melting pot while holding steady to my faith and values. I am by no means an expert. I’m just another girl who ungracefully fumbled through her teenage and young adult years, and miraculously it out on the other side— all thanks to the grace of God.

I hope this blog can be of service to youth who are going through similar struggles and need help seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. And encourages readers to start uncomfortable but fruitful conversations around taboo topics in the Orthodox community. I pray God uses the blog to reach those who need encouragement, education, healing or inspiration.
