What is Life Coaching?According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), coaching is about partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The coach will work with the client holistically: mentally, physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?Coaching is about supporting personal and professional growth, and always about moving forward. Therapy is often about resolving difficulties from the past that are affecting an individual’s mental wellness, or dealing with a mental health illness. In coaching, success is defined by the client, versus therapy, where success is defined by the therapist.

Why should I work with a coach?Because according to Bill Gates and Eric Schmidt (former Google CEO), “Everyone needs a coach.” If you are willing to be challenged outside of your comfort zone in order to exponentially grow, then you’ll need a coach to help you get there. All sessions are conducted through Zoom, from the comfort of your own home.
